OTTAWA, ON (January 8 2024) – <\/strong>The Community Radio Fund of Canada (CRFC) is proud to announce the launch of the 14th round of Radiometres, a yearly project-based program aimed at strengthening the impact of campus-community radio stations across the country.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The program focuses on three priorities:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Content Creation:<\/strong> This priority is intended for any project that aims to create musical and\/or spoken word programming<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Skills Development:<\/strong> This priority is intended for any project aimed at improving the station’s ability to fulfill its mission through skills development<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Digital Initiatives:<\/strong> This priority is intended for any project that involves the establishment or improvement of digital programming distribution systems<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    All Canadian not-for-profit radio stations with a valid CRTC campus or community broadcasting license are welcome to apply and can receive up to $35,000<\/strong> for successful projects.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    We will be accepting applications until February 20, 2024 at 3:00 PM ET<\/strong> via the CRFC\u2019s <\/span>application portal.<\/span><\/a> Late applications will not be considered eligible.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
