The Community Radio Fund of Canada (CRFC) is proud to announce the launch of the 14th round of Radiometres, a yearly project-based program aimed at strengthening the impact of campus-community radio stations across the country.
The program focuses on three priorities:
- Content Creation: This priority is intended for any project that aims to create musical and/or spoken word programming
- Skills Development: This priority is intended for any project aimed at improving the station’s ability to fulfill its mission through skills development
- Digital Initiatives: This priority is intended for any project that involves the establishment or improvement of digital programming distribution systems
All Canadian not-for-profit radio stations with a valid CRTC campus or community broadcasting license are welcome to apply and can receive up to $35,000 for successful projects.
We will be accepting applications until February 20, 2024 at 3:00 PM ET via the CRFC’s application portal. Late applications will not be considered eligible.
All potential applicants must review the program guidelines before applying.
For additional support and assistance related to Radiometres, including feedback on applications, please contact Program Officer Anta Basse Dial. You can schedule a meeting with her using the following link: https://rm2425.youcanbook.me/.
The CRFC would like to acknowledge the support of Canada’s private broadcasters who fund Radiometres every year through a portion of their Content Creation Development contributions.
